Corporate Asset Management (CAM) is responsible for providing fleet, logistics and property services across the West Midlands. The team serves as a key enabling function to support policing.

Key Areas within CAM

• Estates Strategy Delivery – leads on property disposals, acquisitions, construction, major refurbishment, relocations and strategic estates demand management.
• Property & Estates Management – leads on repairs and maintenance, engineering, compliance, environmental strategy, health & safety, facilities management, landlord & tenant.
• Fleet & Logistics – leads on vehicle recovery, fleet provision and maintenance, transport and logistics, uniform, print and detained property.
