Project Planner

University of Helsinki is seeking a Project Planner to support an international biomedical research team at the Meilahti Campus. The position starts in June 2026 (or as agreed) and is initially funded for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Support grant applications, research administration, project coordination and laboratory management.
• Coordinate grant proposals and reporting, organize project meetings, monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Support ethics applications and regulatory compliance, coordinate collaborations with clinicians, biobanks and core facilities.
• Assist with scientific publication processes.
• Contribute to improving laboratory operations, documentation systems, onboarding practices and research reproducibility.
