Position Overview

            Job Description

Lead full-cycle procurement work for offshore/onshore EPC projects, formulate procurement plans and ensure on-time material & equipment delivery.
Develop, evaluate and manage qualified suppliers, conduct supplier audit, performance assessment and relationship maintenance.
Organize bidding, quotation review, business negotiation and price comparison, effectively control procurement cost and optimize purchasing budget.
Draft, review and follow up procurement contracts, clarify delivery terms, payment terms, quality standards and after-sales clauses.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, finance and client teams to solve procurement progress, quality and supply chain issues in a timely manner.
Track market price trend and industry supply situation, put forward cost reduction and procurement optimization suggestions.
