GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Great Falls, MT looking to add a Project / Program Director to their team. The role is a Direct Hire position.



Responsibilities:



• Provide strategic and operational oversight for projects in various phases of electrical and mechanical construction, as well as pre-construction activities.

• Drive program performance through effective leadership, operational management, stakeholder coordination, and resource alignment.

• Ensure projects are delivered with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance, while leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing project teams.

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee project managers and multiple construction projects; set program strategy, priorities, and long term plans.
