Duties of Program Engineer / Executive: - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for precision engineering programs
- Coordinate across NPI, manufacturing, and QA teams to support program execution
- Provide technical input on CNC machining, micro‑fabrication, and metrology processes
- Oversee prototype development and ensure manufacturability of designs
- Monitor quality assurance processes to meet tight tolerances and high standards
- Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies on designs and production
