Role Overview

The Project Quantity Surveyor will report directly to the Commercial Manager and provide commercial oversight and support across construction projects valued between €10 million and €40 million.

This position requires a proactive and commercially focused professional who can effectively manage contracts, control financial risk, and support successful project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.

The role is key to safeguarding the organisation's commercial position, ensuring contractual compliance, and delivering value-driven outcomes across all projects.
