Working on a landmark £150m development, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial delivery of a high-profile project from procurement through to final account. The Role

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, responsibilities will include:

Managing subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations
Preparing valuations, cost reports, and forecasts
Administering subcontract accounts and variations
