Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Sr. Associate Dean of Students, the Project Rebound Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and ongoing operation of the Project Rebound program. The position serves as the primary resource for supporting the recruitment, enrollment, retention, and success of formerly incarcerated and justice-impacted students through comprehensive advising, case management, and program services.

The Project Rebound Coordinator collaborates with campus departments, community-based organizations, partner institutions, and correctional and reentry programs to establish and maintain a continuum of support for students. The position is responsible for managing program operations, facilitating outreach and enrollment efforts, and ensuring students are connected to appropriate academic, financial, and basic needs resources to support persistence and degree completion.
