Position Overview

            Job Description

Manage project planning and scheduling to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Work with Project Manager and stakeholders to define scope and sequence.
Advise Project Manager and act as primary interface with Project Controls.
Ensure construction projects follow global procedures and standards.
Help coordinate Lessons Learned sessions with all stakeholders.
Consolidate Weekly and Monthly Project Reports (WPR/MPR).
Monitor contractor schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Host weekly reviews of schedule, manpower, and productivity.
Review contractors' progress measurement methods and reports by discipline.
Develop overall progress charts and ensure alignment with company procedures.
Monitor, evaluate, and report progress and trends.
Identify risks and advise management on mitigation plans weekly/monthly.
