• Lead safe, high‑quality and compliant project delivery while championing wellbeing, inclusion and sustainability.
• Drive strategic direction, client engagement and best‑in‑class PMO and Project Controls performance.
• Oversee cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting processes, shaping long‑term business strategy.
• Mentor and develop teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, talent growth and knowledge sharing.
