About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, manage logistics operations, and ensure a high standard of service delivery across project accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries promptly via phone and email
- Coordinate shipments across air, ocean, rail, and ground transportation
- Manage freight requests, quotes, customs coordination, and documentation
- Select and communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
- Track shipments, resolve issues, and proactively prevent service failures
