Job purpose and impact
The Project Specialist role enables effective execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives by supporting Project Leaders and Sponsors in driving alignment, coordination, and delivery. This role helps improve execution efficiency, strengthen project governance, and accelerate implementation of business priorities across teams. Key accountabilities
Support execution of cross-functional projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and helping Project Leaders maintain progress against timelines, milestones, and objectives.
Facilitate functional and technical requirement gathering sessions and create clear project documentation to support alignment and execution.
Act as a project enabler by supporting communication, coordination, and issue resolution across stakeholders, functions, and teams.
