Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control all project-related documentation, including technical submittals, drawings, datasheets, inspection reports, and approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, factories, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely submission, approval, and execution of project deliverables.
• Maintain document control systems, revision tracking, transmittals, project archives, and compliance records.
• Support project execution by monitoring progress, maintaining project trackers, preparing MOMs, and providing status updates.
• Manage SAP and SAP Ariba activities, including purchase orders, GRN tracking, invoicing support, and coordination with procurement and finance teams.
