We are seeking a Project Superintendent that has experience in General Contracting. The successful candidate will specialize in large-scale commercial projects in sectors like Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, Corporate, Institutional, and Light Industrial.
Requirements:

BS or AS Degree in a relevant field may substitute for up to 4 years of experience

8+ years of progressive field construction experience

5 years of field supervisory experience

High technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in reading plans, specifications, and construction industry knowledge

Understanding of project finances, verbal/written communication, and critical thinking skills

Familiarity with software like ProCore, Microsoft Suite, and construction-specific tools

Knowledge of contract administration, Requests for Information, billing schedules, and construction scheduling
