Manage and oversee all phases of retrofitting , renovat i on and fit-out projects from ini ti at i on to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors , suppliers and team members to maintain project workflow and t i mel i nes .
Conduct regular site vis i ts to monitor progress and quality of work .
Address any issues that arise promptly .
Ensure compl i ance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the pro j ect lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering , Architecture , or a related field with a m i nimum 3 years of project coordination, specifically in large-scale hospitality projects .
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and legal regulations .
Abil i ty to read and i nterp r et drawings , plans and specifications .
