Project Management

• Act as Project In-Charge for assigned projects, overseeing fabrication, installation, and on-site coordination.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
• Coordinate closely with clients, designers, production, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety and design standards.
• Resolve any project issues, delays, or technical challenges that may arise during execution.
• Ensure handover and project documentation are properly completed after project completion.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date records of project costs, quotations, and material usage.
• Provide regular project updates and cost variance reports to management.
• Support post-project evaluation and costing analysis for future reference.
