Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities To manage employee timesheet and scheduling 
Assist to purchase supplies and materials by liasing with suppliers 
Assist on ad-hoc administrative duties if necessary 
Ensuring teams work together and meet deadlines. 
Monitoring workers providing training and team building sessions are required. 
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times. 
Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff. 
Job Requirements Good communication and people skills 
Patient and understanding 
Able to work night shift
