Our Client in the Architectural Industry is seeking to employ a Projects Consultant (Business Development and Sales) to their team based in Brooklyn, Cape Town.
Requirements:
Valid Grade 12 certificate.
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous; substantial industry experience will also be considered.
At least 5-7years’ experience in sales, public relations or interior design.
Minimum 4–6 years’ relevant industry experience.
Proven experience working with Architects, Developers, Quantity Surveyors, Interior Designers, and Contractors.
Strong knowledge of the building, construction, architectural, and specification sales environment.
Experience in project-based selling, key account management, tender procedures, and construction project timelines.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
