Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (including but not limited to)

Responsible for submission of Minesite tenders and proposals including:

• Laboratory layout and conceptual design
• Equipment selection
• Analytical method selection
• Staffing
• Implementation Plan
• Operational costs
• Capital expenditure investment
• Preparation of financial costing spreadsheets and supporting justification and approval papers
• Manage and facilitate tender submission requirements from support functions (HSE, HR, QAQC, Legal Review, Corporate)

For successful bids:

• Liaising with clients to refine proposals
• Liaise with Intertek technical experts for customised methodology where required 
• Analytical testwork if required
