Qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years experience in i-gaming promotions, campaign management, or bonus operations
• Strong understanding of sportsbook and casino promotional mechanics and bonus lifecycle
• Ability to evaluate promo ROI and model bonus cost scenarios
• Familiarity with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Experience with CRM platforms and promo engines preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaborator - able to work with Tech, Finance, Legal, and Brand
