Patent Proofreader / Quality Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Patent Proofreader / Quality Analyst to join our patent drafting and prosecution team. The role involves reviewing patent drafts or office action responses before filing/client delivery to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with patent drafting standards.
You will work closely with patent drafters to identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, and drafting issues so they can be corrected prior to filing/client delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Review patent drafts for:
Grammar, punctuation, spelling, and typographical errors
Antecedent basis issues
Consistency in terminology and reference numerals
Formatting and structural consistency
Clarity and readability
Claim dependency and support issues
Enablement concerns
Ensure all sections of the patent application are complete and consistent.
