Temporary Assignment through September | Immediate Start Required

We are seeking a Property Accountant with strong recent experience in property accounting to support a temporary assignment through September. This role is heavily focused on Accounts Receivable and requires hands on experience working in Yardi.

Position Overview

The Property Accountant will be responsible for managing day to day property level accounting activities with a primary emphasis on AR functions, billing, collections, cash application, and tenant account reconciliation. This role requires someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment.
