Description
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned properties (monthly close, reconciliations, reporting)
+ Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and reporting packages
+ Reconcile bank accounts, CAM, tenant ledgers, and balance sheet accounts
+ Record revenue, expenses, accruals, and journal entries
+ Track and bill tenant charges including CAM, rent, and other recoveries
+ Assist with budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts for properties
+ Analyze operating performance and flag variances or risks to management
+ Support audits and provide requested documentation
+ Ensure compliance with lease agreements, GAAP, and internal policies
+ Partner with property managers on financial insights, collections, and expense control
