Role Overview

This role is centered on maintaining accurate financial operations while supporting both property owners and tenants through clear communication and consistent follow-through. You’ll play a key part in managing accounts, reviewing agreements, and ensuring all financial transactions are handled correctly. What You’ll Own

• Manage rent collection and accounts receivable processes
• Post and reconcile management fees accurately
• Respond to owner and tenant inquiries regarding statements, charges, and account activity
• Handle accounts payable, including distinguishing between owner expenses and tenant chargebacks
