A privately held organization is seeking an accounting professional to join its team in a collaborative environment. This individual will support core financial operations, reporting, and analysis across a multi-entity portfolio.



+ Support monthly close activities and account reconciliations

+ Assist with budgeting and ongoing financial analysis

+ Contribute to reporting, process improvements, and special projects

+ Partner with internal staff to support day-to-day operations


Requirements

+ 2–3+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within real estate or property management

+ Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities

+ Experience with budgeting and financial reporting

+ Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

+ Team-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
