Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients (telemarketing)
Reply to PMs, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
Send follow-up messages and manage client communication
Coordinate with real estate agents
Arrange and manage appointment schedules
Assist with daily administrative and data management tasks
Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Chinese (mandatory)
Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (added advantage)
Basic computer skills and data organization
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
Must have own transportation
