We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to support a growing real estate portfolio in Stoney Creek . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deep in Yardi Voyager , takes pride in clean data, and can confidently identify and resolve discrepancies across multiple properties.

You’ll work closely with property management and accounting teams to ensure portfolio information is accurate, reliable, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of tenant, lease, unit, and property records in Yardi Voyager

• Review rent rolls, tenant ledgers, lease terms, and recurring charges to confirm completeness and accuracy

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reconciling system data with lease documentation and financial records
