The Role

ProSmart Estate Inc. is scaling fast. We are looking for aProperty Acquisition Specialist to hunt for high-value rental inventory across Metro Manila’s primary Central Business Districts. You will be our City Hunter, securing listings in the most prestigious towers in Makati and BGC, while expanding our reach into the high-turnover markets of Pasay and Mandaluyong.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and secure rental units in top developments:
• BGC/Taguig: Serendra, Uptown Bonifacio, McKinley Hill, and Arca South.
• Makati: Jazz, Air, and prime CBD towers.
• Pasay/Mandaluyong: Shore, Sea, Light, and Fame Residences.
• Active Networking: Build relationships with build...
