Property Co-Ordinator – Salt River, Cape Town – R15 000 Per Month

We are urgently looking for an experienced Property Co-Ordinator for our buildings in the Western Cape. Applicants must have no criminal record or been blacklisted by a credit bureau. The applicant must have a valid and unendorsed driver's license. The incumbent must have at least 5-8 years of experience in all the following areas:

Duties & Responsibilities In & Out inspections of units Checking on cleaners Inspect and check on Buildings/General Inspect all units once/twice a year Check the legitimacy of tenants once/twice a year General survey with tenants yearly Show units to prospective tenants Complete application forms and forward to the Head Office Tenant meetings Property administration Enforce contractual obligations Ensure rules and regulations are followed by tenants MRI system knowledge Critical Performance Areas: Rent collections Inspect buildings Check legitimacy of tenants Lease agreements signed a...
