Property Co-Ordinator – Salt River, Cape Town – R15 000 Per Month

We are urgently looking for an experienced Property Co-Ordinator for our buildings in the Western Cape. Applicants must have no criminal record or been blacklisted by a credit bureau. Applicant must have a valid and unendorsed driver's license. Incumbent must have at least 5-8 years of experience in all the following areas:

Duties & Responsibilities

1. In & Out inspections of units
2. Checking on cleaners
3. Inspect and check on Buildings/General
4. Inspect all units once/twice a year
5. Check the legitimacy of tenants once/twice a year
6. General survey with tenants yearly
7. Show units to prospective tenants
8. Complete application forms and forward to the Head Office
9. Tenant meetings
10. Property administration
11. Enforce contractual obligations
12. Ensure rules and regulations are followed by tenants
