This is a quick moving position for 5-10 months which potentially has the opportunity to move into a permanent role.

Interim Disposals & Property Sales Consultant

* North London

* Hybrid & Field based role

* Day rate | 5-10 month initial contract

* Outside of IR35

* £300 - £400 a day

* Working 4 days per week

* Looking for someone to start within the next 1-2 weeks

Working Style

* Hybrid: 1-2 days in office, rest on-site or remote

* Highly autonomous you’ll be trusted to manage your own pipeline

* Field-based this role suits someone who prefers being out on estates and meeting people, not sitting behind a desk
