About the role

We are currently looking for an Estates Surveyor to join our team.The department head office is based at The Hub, Mountsorrel, Leicestershire however wecan offer a range of office locations throughout the UK and we offer a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be able to work within a team and under own initiative working remotely.

Main Responsibilities

In the role of Estates Surveyoryou will be responsible for a number of tasks including:

Overseeing day to day estate management matters on freehold and leasehold industrial and commercial property
Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews with landlords and their agents
Generating rental income on Tarmac’s land portfolio
Assisting with property related costs, including repair and maintenance
Instructing and managing external consultants and agentsExperience & qualifications
