Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site.
Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities.
Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development.
Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties.
Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts.
Job Requirements
Candidate with self drive posses Professional Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.
Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
