Property Maintenance (Part-Time)

Location: Rochdale
Hours: Part Time – 3 days per week, 8:30am–5:00pm
Additional days may be required depending on workload
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (CIS)

Property Maintenance – Job Description

The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of general maintenance and repair duties, including:

Inspecting rooms and communal areas and reporting maintenance issues that cannot be fixed by yourself
Preparing rooms and apartments for new tenants
General handyman and reactive maintenance tasks
Repairing toilet leaks, tap leaks, and minor plumbing issues
Repairing and replacing shower heads
