The role focuses on driving revenue optimization, occupancy performance, tenant retention, and asset value enhancement, while providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight of property management operations.

The position ensures that all operational activities are aligned with business objectives, financial targets, and approved policies, while maintaining strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
