The Role:
Take ownership of a stable portfolio while delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.

Manage a portfolio of ~ residential properties

Handle arrears, routines and outgoings

Liaise with owners and tenants daily

Coordinate maintenance and repairs

Conduct inspections via Inspection Manager
