Managing a small portfolio of properties 

Routine inspections and reporting

Entry and exit inspections

Organising maintenance 

Liaising with owners and tenants

Lease renewals and rent increases

Arrears management

QCAT applications and attendance where required

NO BDM or trust accounting duties
