Position Overview

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist team with all aspects of building management

  • Help prepare and distribute all memos, notices, and other correspondence

  • Help maintain the building and tenant files and documents to ensure accurate records are kept

  • Conduct building site visits, and weekly or monthly site inspections

  • Assist in the inspections of buildings

  • Create and distribute approved monthly financial reports to management

  • Assist with the contractor and vendor selection for all renovation or repair projects

  • Assist with billing, sales and lease inquiries

  • Assist with budgeting, management and financial reporting

  • Manage protocols for resident move-ins and move-outs including apartment inspections

  • Assist in the removal of any open violations & DHCR compliance
