What You’ll Be Doing

Full portfolio management (approx. properties)

Arrears management and rent reviews

Coordinating maintenance and resolving issues

Conducting routine, entry, and vacate inspections

Managing lease renewals and tenant/landlord communication

Providing professional advice to landlords and tenants

Ensuring full compliance with Victorian legislation
