Managing day-to-day operations of STR properties across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)
Overseeing guest communications from inquiry to checkout and review
Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers between stays
Optimizing listings, pricing strategies, and occupancy rates
Monitoring property performance and preparing reports
