We are seeking Property Manager to join a small team to assist with management of a diverse real estate portfolio predominantly occupied and operated by group companies. The role would suit a motivated individual wanting to work in a diverse client side role with opportunities to learn an amount of experience either at a consultancy or a similar client side role is essential. The Property Manager will report to the Head of Property and work alongside an Asset Manager and the wider team including the Facilities Management department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Working with external consultants, undertake all aspects of property management across the estate both reactive and planned.

The estate includes self-storage, trade counter, industrial, office, retail and a small amount of residential.
