Position Overview
Our client, located in Montreal, is looking for a Building Administrator. This key role involves supporting the daily operations of residential buildings. The administrator will place a special focus on tenant relations, property management, and internal coordination within the organization. In addition to traditional property management tasks, this position includes responsibility for administrative workflows, customer service, and HR support functions.
The position is specifically designed to complement and support the current Building Manager. Both role holders should be able to understand and carry out each other's responsibilities if needed (cross support). While both are responsible for the overall functionality of the buildings, this role will focus more on HR, tenant services, operations supervision, and tracking internal processes to ensure service standards are met.
