GENERAL FUNCTION: The Property Portfolio Manager (Property Manager) manages our downtown Cincinnati Fountain Square headquarters building. This high-visibility role is responsible for our owned high-rise building in support of business requirements and corporate goals and objectives. They develop, lead and administer plans, including financial, within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies.
