This boutique residential agency, based on the waters of South Perth is seeking an experienced Property Manager to maintain a busy portfolio of over 100 properties. Provided with support from an APM, you will oversee the day-to-day management of residential properties across Perth.
 
The role
This engaging position will see you:

Tenant management, leasing & drafting relations

Assisting with budgeting, accounting and reporting to property owners

Lease & regulatory compliances

Drafting property listings

Market analysis and advice

Contractor management

 
All about you
To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate previous experience as a property manager and a valid real estate licence in WA.
