Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Full‑time, Permanent including alternative Saturdays

Placrs client is looking for an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 50 student properties and 20 professional properties, including HMOs. This is a fast‑paced and varied role within an excellent and supportive team environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing a designated portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard while delivering a professional and responsive service to both landlords and tenants.

This role involves managing student accommodation and HMOs, with a particularly busy student season during late summer.
