Property Manager – Residential Apartments (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the residential apartment community.
  
• Ensure smooth delivery of facility management services, including housekeeping, security, technical, horticulture, and pest control.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Residents' Welfare Association (RWA)/Apartment Owners Association (AOA) and residents.
  
• Handle resident complaints, service requests, and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Supervise and monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
  
• Manage budgets, operational expenses, billing, and cost optimization.
