Job Description

As the Property Manager at our new and growing Milldale village , you will be responsible for leading a small team who look after the ongoing compliance and maintenance of all village property, grounds, and other village assets.

Typical duties include:

• Day to day site management including repairs and maintenance
• Coordination of refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects
• Property and asset planning
• Working with our residents to listen to their concerns and feedback and ensuring we are creating great environments with the highest of standards
