Covering a portfolio that includes a significant number of major tenants, you will be an integral member of a first-class property, facilities & asset management division. 

Key responsibilities include;

Preparing annual budgets & forecasts

Monitor property budgets

Monthly P&L

Prepare monthly & annual management reports

Undertake regular inspections or assets and ensure the immaculate presentation at all times

Co-ordinate new lease negotiations and lease renewal negotiations & execution of lease documentation
