Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Oversee the team in management and maintenance of buildings and common properties 
Administer tenancy/lease related matters 
Manage yearly budgets and give presentations 
Work closely with councilors, residents, grassroots organizations and relevant government agencies 
 Requirements  Degree in Building Services, Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or other building‑related degree 
Entry‑level candidates with relevant qualifications welcome to apply 
Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for a senior role 
Team player with high integrity, leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills 
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines 
 Working Days  Monday to Friday (normal office hours with one half‑day on Saturday every three weeks)
