The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Property Manager and gain hands‑on exposure to both site‑level operations and portfolio administration. He/She will also support administrative functions across the Windsor portfolio, working closely with the Property Administration Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day on-site property management
• Daily building checks: resolving minor issues, but reporting anything to the property manager that needs direction
• Supporting lease‑up and operations upon occupancy
• Acting as a first point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders
